Privacy notice

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, company name, a topic for the request, and a message. Phone is optional. We also receive a time stamp that the form generates when the page loads, used only to reduce automated submissions, and we include a hidden field that people never fill in. If that hidden field is completed, we treat the attempt as automated and we do not read it as a genuine enquiry. We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers, or payroll files through the public form. If you attach extra detail in the message — for example the name of a colleague who should join a call — we will treat that as part of the same enquiry.

If you email us directly instead of using the form, we will hold the address you used, the content of the thread, and any files you chose to send. Please do not send full customer databases, identity copies, or payment-card data to the public inbox. For a live engagement we will agree a more suitable channel. Server logs created by our hosting company may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. Those logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are processed by the hosting provider as described in the footer of this site.

Legal basis in ordinary language

For website enquiries we rely on the steps needed to answer a request you initiated, and on our legitimate interest in running a professional desk and keeping the site secure. For a signed engagement, the contract and the ordinary records of that contract are the reason we keep names, emails and working files. You may refuse the optional phone field and still send the form.

Enquiries that do not become an engagement are kept long enough to complete the correspondence and to see whether a follow-up was left open — typically up to twenty-four months, then deleted or reduced to a minimal record if the law requires us to show that a conversation occurred. Engagement files, including contact names, are kept for the life of the work and for a period afterwards that matches ordinary professional record-keeping, so that we can answer a later question about a model we built. Hosting logs follow the hosting company’s rotation. Cookie-choice records, when stored, sit in your own browser as described in the cookie notice and are not a file we hold on a server.

Security

This website is served over encrypted transport. Access to mailboxes and working files is limited to people who need it to reply or to deliver work. We do not publish a claim of perfect security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will contact you at the address you gave us and take the steps Singapore law expects of an organisation in that position. You can help by sending only what the form asks for, and by using a work email you control.

We pass information to the third-party hosting company that serves this website and stores server logs. If you load a page that embeds a map, Google Maps is loaded in your browser as an independent service; we do not send your form fields to Google as part of that embed. If we use professional email or file hosting to run the desk, those providers process the content of messages as processors on our instruction. We do not pass enquiry details to advertising platforms. We will disclose information if a Singapore court or competent authority lawfully requires it. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Hosting and email infrastructure may store or route data outside Singapore. Where that happens, it is because those providers operate regional platforms, not because we have chosen a separate overseas desk for your enquiry. If a particular storage region is required for an engagement, say so before files move, and we will tell you whether we can meet it.
