Three ways to buy, all priced before we start

You choose a one-off sprint, a monthly desk, or a quarterly board cycle. Figures below are starting points in Singapore dollars. The written scope is what we work to; it is agreed before any build begins.

The three engagements

Growth retainer

S$2,600

from, per month

The monthly pack, a rolling thirteen-week cash forecast, and a review conversation. Release is aimed at the fifth working day after month-end, with a named channel for questions between packs. This is the usual buy once the first model exists and the company is still moving faster than a quarterly glance.

Sprint build

S$4,800

from, one-off

A single pack or model assembled in two to three weeks, with two rounds of edits included. Use it to replace a broken close, stand up unit economics, or give the retainer something honest to run.

Board cycle

S$1,900

from, per quarter

An investor or board pack plus preparation for the meeting. Sensible when the monthly close is already in hand and the gap is the story the room needs to hear.

Prices are indicative starting points in SGD and are confirmed in a written scope before work begins.

What changes the price

Shape of the group

More legal entities and more operating currencies mean more mappings, more cut-offs and more time in the audit. A single Singapore entity posting in SGD is the starting point behind the figures above. A regional group with intra-group turnover is a different piece of work, and we price it as such after the audit note.

State of the data, channels, urgency

Sparse, duplicated or late source files extend the sprint before a reliable pack can ship. Each extra sales channel that needs its own margin cut adds reconciliation. A compressed timetable — a board date already in the diary — pulls people forward and is priced as a rush, not as the standard calendar. We would rather name that in the scope than discover it in week three.

What's always included

  • A written scope with the artefact, the date pattern and the owner on your side
  • The audit note before build, so surprises are priced rather than absorbed
  • Source trail for material figures, so a number can be rebuilt in the meeting
  • Handover session, recording and a one-page instruction on a sprint or at retainer start
  • Two edit rounds on a sprint; a named question channel on a retainer

What is not in the starting price

Statutory accounts, tax filings, audit support, and a full system implementation are outside the desk. If the audit shows a rebuild of the ledger itself, that belongs with your accountant; we will say so rather than fold it into “analytics”.

Billing and terms

Invoices are issued in SGD. Payment is due fourteen days from the invoice date. A sprint is billed at kickoff. A retainer is billed monthly in advance and can be ended with thirty days’ notice. A board cycle is billed at the start of the quarter it covers. We do not add platform fees or “admin” lines after the scope is signed. If the work grows, we issue a change note and wait for agreement before doing it.
